Looking forward to entering the Dragon Con Parade again this year and hoping we get some more people to walk with our group. I've got a few different ideas for the van, too. I'll start posting designs and ideas as the convention gets closer.

If you like what we've done here, check out www.OutlawCustomDesigns.com - they did all the decal work for the truck as well as our clipboards and Chell's shirt. They just started doing embroidery too so I can't wait to have my lab coat done!

I have more pics to post (we only just got back at 3a last night), including detail shots of the van and decals. They were provided by www.outlawcustomdesigns.com (hence the logo in the shots as they're PR pics for them) and are made from a -removable- vinyl that will last for several months on the van, but can quickly and easily be peeled off with no mess (I can't leave them on permanently, much as I'd want to, because this is my work truck).

We made the 500 mile trek from Sarasota to Atlanta with most of the decals applied (and Combustible Lemons hanging from the mirror). We added the hood and rear panel pieces on-site (in the parking garage) when we detailed the van the day before the show. The trip home was done with everything as you see it above. Many photos were taken, both on the road and in the parking lots where we stopped for gas and food.

We're already working on a 2012 Parade entry which will include the van again and several more people and props. We hope more Portal/Half-Life fans will join us.
